Bear Trap Ranch Sour Cream Apple Squares (recipe)
Ingredients for 15 servings
2 cupflour
2 cupsugar
1/2 cupmargarine
1 cupNuts, chopped, (opt)
1 1/2 teaspooncinnamon
1 teaspoonBaking soda
1 cupSour cream, imitation
1 teaspoonvanilla
1 egg
2 cupapple finely chopped

recipe preparation

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine first three ingredients and blend Stir in nuts. Press 2-3/4 cups crumb mixture in 9 x 13 ungreased pan. Stir in apples in remaining mix, spoon evenly over crumb "crust". Bake 35 - 45 mins. Cut in 12 - 15 squares. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream
