Beans & Eggs (recipe)
Ingredients for 6 servings
4 ounceSausage links -- cut in 1/2" Cubes
1/4 cupOnion chopped
2 tablespoonvegetable oil
1 2/3 cupBeans
1/4 cupcatsup
1/4 cupwater
1 teaspoonWorcestershire Sauce
1/4 teaspoonsalt
1/4 teaspoonbasil crushed
1/8 teaspoonpepper
6 eggs
1 Avocado -- sliced, opt
1 Orange -- peeled, sliced, opt

recipe preparation

Brown sausage; remove from pan. Saute onion in oil. Add beans, sausage, catsup, water, and seasonings. Simmer, covered, 20 minutes. Cook eggs as desired. Arrange bean mixtureon platter with eggs, avocado and orange. Makes 6 servings.
