Bean Sprouts and Cucumbers (recipe)

Ingredients for 2 servings
2 cupBean sprouts
1 cupCucumber
1 tablespoonApple cider vinegar
1 tablespoonsesame oil
1 tablespoonsoy sauce Low-sodium
1 tablespoonwater
1 tablespoonToasted sesame oil;
 Ds Chili powder;

recipe preparation

Blanch bean sprouts in boiling water 1 minute, drain and let cool.

Peel cucumber, cut in half, seed and slice thinly. Mix with sprouts. In a small bowl, mix vinegar, seasame oil, soy sauce and water. Toss with sprouts.
