Bean Vegetable Soup (recipe)

Ingredients for 6 servings
1 1/2 cupKidney beans; cooked
10 cupwater
2 tablespoonvegetable oil
1 cupOnion chopped
2 cupAny available fresh veggies
2 cupCanned crushed tomatoes
 Salt, pepper, seasonings to taste
2 cuppasta cooked

recipe preparation

In a saucepan, combine cooked beans, water, oil, onion, vegetables, tomatoes and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 55 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add cooked pasta and heat through.
