Beans And Tuna Salad (recipe)

Ingredients for 1 servings
420 Bean mix; ¥
1/4 cupolive oil
Tomatoes; seeds removed and
 Flesh diced
Purple onions; sliced thinly
1 largeTin Italian tuna in oil; broken into pieces
 salt
 pepper ground
 Garlic vinaigrette

recipe preparation

Soak beans overnight and cook as instructed on the packet. Drain well, then add olive oil, tomatoes, onion, tuna, salt and pepper and toss carefully with vinaigrette.
