Bean Sprouts & Green Onions (recipe)

Ingredients for 4 servings
2 teaspoonWalnut oil
1 poundBean sprouts
onion chopped
1 tablespoonsoy sauce Low-sodium
1 tablespoonparsley fresh, chopped
1 tablespoonSunflower seeds

recipe preparation

In a wok or a large, non-stick skillet, heat oil. Rinse bean sprout under cold water. Saute green onions about 3 minutes; stir in sprouts to heat through. Toss with soy sauce.
